What order should I use the products in?
Wash, decontaminate, polish, protect. Snow foam and shampoo first, then iron remover and clay, then compound and polish, then wax or ceramic spray.
Wax or ceramic spray?
Wax gives a warm, deep look and is applied by hand; ceramic spray is quicker and feels slicker. Many people use either one on top of a polished finish.
Do I need a machine polisher?
No. You can wash, clay and protect by hand. A dual-action polisher makes swirl removal quicker and more even.
How much should I dilute the shampoo?
Safety placeholder: copy the dilution ratio and safety text from the product label and its safety data sheet.
How do I wash microfibre?
Warm, on its own and without fabric softener, then air dry or tumble on low heat (sample tip).
Why does a video not play?
Background videos stop when your device asks for reduced motion, when they scroll out of view and on some data-saver settings. The picture and text stay the same, and the pause button on each clip lets you choose.
How are liquids shipped?
Bottles travel upright, sealed and bagged inside a padded carton (sample policy).
Can I return an opened product?
Opened liquids cannot come back; unopened products and unused cloths can be returned within 30 days (sample policy).

Microfibre guide
The right cloth for each job
Microfibre is sold by weight in grams per square metre (gsm). Heavier cloths hold more water; short, light ones leave less lint on polish and glass.
1200 gsm (sample)
Plush drying towel
Lay it flat and pull it across the panel.
Wash on its own, no softener.
400 gsm (sample)
Edgeless buffing cloth
Wipes off wax, polish and ceramic spray.
Keep one colour for each product.
300 gsm (sample)
Short-pile cloth
Removes heavy polish residue.
Rinse before it dries hard.
Waffle weave (sample)
Glass cloth
Streak-free windows and mirrors.
Air dry or low heat.
