Are the sizes inside or outside sizes?<\/summary>\n

Box sizes are inside sizes in millimetres, length \u00d7 width \u00d7 height. Outside sizes are a few millimetres bigger, depending on the board.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which pack should I buy?<\/summary>\n

Every row shows the pack quantity and the price per unit. Bigger packs cost less per box; buy what you will use while the boxes stay dry and flat.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When can I collect?<\/summary>\n

Order by 13:00 and collect after 15:00 the same day, or any time in the next five working days (sample times).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you print my logo on boxes?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Send your artwork with the box style, size and quantity, and you get a quote and a digital proof first. Minimum runs start at 250 boxes (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can my business get trade prices?<\/summary>\n

Yes, with a trade account. Trade prices and terms need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I return an item?<\/summary>\n

Unopened cases and packs can come back within 30 days (sample policy). Opened packs and printed packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

Standard delivery takes 2\u20133 working days and next-day delivery is available when you order by 13:00 (sample times).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do the boxes arrive flat?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Boxes and cartons arrive flat-packed in bundles. Mailer boxes fold up without tape; cartons need tape on the base.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
