So we started packing a small crate with everything for three jars and a card that says what to do each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ink-soft-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Today a small team weighs the salt, packs the cultures and writes a new brewing card for every crate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-lt-crock-check\">\n<li>Clear brewing cards, tested in an ordinary
