Unfold in three steps
From bag to boat on the shore
No tools and no pump. The hull is one folded sheet with a frame that clicks into place.
1
Open the bag
Lay the bag flat, unclip the straps and lift out the folded hull and the seat.
2
Unfold the hull
Open the hull like a map, click the ribs into their slots and close the deck panels.
3
Lock and launch
Fit the seat and the foot brace, check every clip, then carry it to the water.
Sample times for the Solo after a few practice runs. Practise at home before your first trip.

The Solo lives in a cupboard in our flat and comes out every weekend. The fold got quick after three tries.

The spray deck was worth it on a windy morning. Dry bags fit neatly behind the seat.

Solo or Tandem: which should I choose?
Choose Solo if you mostly paddle alone and carry it a lot. Choose Tandem if you paddle with someone or carry more gear; it can also be paddled alone from the middle seat.
How long does it take to unfold?
About 8 minutes for the Solo and 12 for the Tandem once you have practised a few times (sample times). The first time takes longer.
Can it go on the sea?
The demo copy describes calm lakes, rivers and sheltered coast. Where you paddle is your decision; check local conditions and rules first.
How do I store it?
Rinse it with fresh water, let it dry unfolded, then fold it into the carry bag and keep it somewhere dry (sample care guide).
What does the warranty cover?
Faults in materials and workmanship for the period shown on the product page. Wear from use, sand and sharp rocks is not a fault (sample terms).
