Where is my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves us. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
How do I start a return?
Email us your order number within 30 days of delivery. The kayak must be clean, dry and folded in its bag (sample policy).
Something arrived damaged
Tell us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement part (sample policy).
