Do you sell by the piece or by the case?<\/summary>\n

Most lines are sold by the case; the case size and the price per piece are shown on every row and product page (sample data). Equipment is sold each.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can my kitchen get trade prices?<\/summary>\n

Yes, with a trade account. Trade prices and terms need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do delivery slots work?<\/summary>\n

Order by 14:00 and pick a slot for the next day, six days a week (sample times). Choosing a slot at checkout needs a delivery-date plugin.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you quote for a full kitchen?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Send your list and opening date and the trade desk prices it in one quote, with pallet delivery for equipment.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Who installs the equipment?<\/summary>\n

We deliver to the kerb. Gas, water and electrical equipment must be installed by qualified engineers.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I return a line?<\/summary>\n

Unused lines in a full, sealed case can go back within 30 days (sample policy). Equipment that has been installed cannot be returned unless faulty.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n

Card payments at checkout, and monthly invoices on an approved trade account (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
