How do I measure my wall?<\/summary>\n

Measure the widest and the tallest point in centimetres and enter both on the product page. We add 5 cm of bleed on every side and send a panel proof (sample process).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is a half-drop repeat?<\/summary>\n

Each strip starts half a pattern lower than the one beside it, so motifs step diagonally across the wall instead of lining up in rows. The panel map shows how the strips fit.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I print my own artwork?<\/summary>\n

Yes, if you made it or have permission to print it. We check the resolution for your wall size and show you a proof before printing (sample process).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Paste-the-wall or peel-and-stick?<\/summary>\n

Paste-the-wall is a matt non-woven paper for whole rooms; peel-and-stick is a satin self-adhesive film that suits rented homes and small walls. Order swatches of both if you are unsure.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I return a made-to-size mural?<\/summary>\n

Made-to-size murals cannot be returned unless we made a mistake, which we reprint (sample policy). Unopened pattern rolls can be returned within 30 days.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How many rolls do I need?<\/summary>\n

For pattern rolls, divide the wall width by 52 cm for the number of strips, then check how many strips one 10 m roll gives at your wall height. The calculator on each product page does this for you (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I collect my order?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Choose showroom pickup at checkout and collect it when we email you (sample service).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n
