Which nib size should I choose?
If your handwriting is small, start with EF or F. If it is larger or you like a bold line, choose M or B. You can swap the nib within 30 days (sample policy).
Can I use any ink in my pen?
Use ink made for fountain pens. India ink, drawing ink and calligraphy ink can clog the feed.
Cartridge or converter?
Cartridges are quick and clean; a converter lets you use any bottled ink. Most of our pens take both (see each product page).
Why does my ink feather?
The paper is too absorbent for the ink. Try a finer nib, a drier ink or our 90–100 gsm paper.
How often should I clean my pen?
Flush it when you change colour, and about once a month if you use the same ink.
Can I return a pen?
Unused pens can be returned within 30 days in their box; engraved pens cannot (sample policy). Your local consumer rights still apply.
Do you ship ink abroad?
Bottled ink ships to most countries; some carriers limit liquids (sample terms).

Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.
