Is this a subscription?<\/summary>\n

Plans are made to repeat, but recurring boxes and payments need a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin on your store. Without one, each box is a single order you place yourself.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I skip, pause or cancel?<\/summary>\n

With a subscriptions plugin, yes: skip the next box, pause your plan or cancel from your account before the cut-off. The cut-off in this demo is five days before dispatch (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do you match the flies to my water?<\/summary>\n

You tell us whether you fish rivers and streams, stillwater or both, and we follow the hatch calendar for that month. The calendar in this demo is a sample for a temperate trout river.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I need a fishing licence?<\/summary>\n

Fishing licence note (placeholder): most waters need a licence or permit. Add the rules for your region here.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What hook sizes are in the box?<\/summary>\n

Usually sizes 10 to 20, depending on the season. Each fly card in the box lists the hook size (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

Boxes leave us on Wednesdays; tracked delivery takes 1\u20133 working days (sample times).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I return something?<\/summary>\n

Unused tools, fly boxes and unopened fly packs can go back within 30 days (sample policy).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
