Is this a subscription?<\/summary>\n

Plans are made to repeat, but recurring kits and payments need a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin on your store. Without one, each kit is a single order you place yourself.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I skip, pause or cancel?<\/summary>\n

With a subscriptions plugin, yes: skip the next kit, pause your plan or cancel from your account before the cut-off. The cut-off in this demo is five days before dispatch (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I have never embroidered. Where do I start?<\/summary>\n

Choose the Beginner level. Your first kits use running, back and split stitch, each with a short video guide (sample).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I get a new hoop every month?<\/summary>\n

No. Your first kit includes a hoop in your kit size; later kits bring the pattern, floss and needles. Hoops are also sold on their own.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Where are the video guides?<\/summary>\n

In this demo the video guides are samples. A real store links each stitch card to its own videos or a course plugin.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

Kits leave us on Wednesdays; tracked delivery takes 1\u20133 working days (sample times).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I return something?<\/summary>\n

Unused hoops, tools and unopened kits can go back within 30 days (sample policy).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n
