How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Each product lists the vehicles it fits (samples in this demo). Check the part number on your old part or in your handbook, and ask the parts desk when you are unsure.
Does the vehicle finder work?
In this theme the finder is a static form. A working year / make / model finder needs a vehicle fitment plugin for WooCommerce.
When can I collect?
Order by 16:00 and collect from 8:00 the next morning at your branch (sample times). Parts on the branch shelf can be ready within the hour.
What is a core charge?
A refundable deposit on exchange parts such as batteries and calipers. You get it back when the old part comes back within 30 days (sample policy).
Can my workshop get trade prices?
Yes, with a trade account. Trade prices and terms need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.
Can I return a part?
Unused parts in their box can go back to any branch within 30 days (sample policy). Opened electrical parts cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days and next-day delivery is available when you order by 16:00 (sample times).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments at checkout, and monthly invoices on an approved trade account (sample).
Returns and core charges
Easy returns,

Unused parts go back within 30 days. Exchange parts such as batteries, calipers and camshafts carry a refundable core charge that you get back when the old part returns.

A refundable core charge is shown on the product page and added at checkout (sample).

Bring the old part back
Return it to any branch within 30 days, drained, complete and in the new part’s box.

Get the core charge back
We check the old part and refund the core charge to your card or trade account.
