Studio or Compact: which should I choose?
Choose Studio if you style at home most days and want the longer cable and all three attachments. Choose Compact if you pack it often: it is lighter and the handle folds. Both have the same settings.
Do the attachments fit both models?
The concentrator fits both. The diffuser, smoothing nozzle and wide-tooth comb fit the Studio model (sample fit list).
Can I use it abroad?
Check the voltage on the rating label and the product’s manual before using it in another country. The rating shown in this demo is a placeholder.
How do I clean the filter?
Unplug the dryer and let it cool, then twist off the rear filter and brush it clean (sample care guide).
What does the warranty cover?
Faults in materials and workmanship for the period shown on the product page. Wear from use is not a fault (sample terms).
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us within two working days; tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days (sample times).
Can I return it if it is not for me?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its box (sample policy).
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes. Filters, nozzles and the storage pouch are available by email in this sample store.
