Before you write
The questions we hear most often.
Where is my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves the studio. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
Can I exchange a print?
Yes, within 30 days if the scarf is unworn with its tag (sample policy). Write to us with your order number.
Can I visit the studio?
The shop is open Wednesday to Saturday. Knot lessons for small groups are by appointment (sample hours).
