Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? Call (555) 014-2591 or email [email protected].
How do I measure my wall?
Measure the widest and the tallest point in centimetres and enter both on the product page. We add 5 cm of bleed on every side and send a panel proof (sample process).
What is a half-drop repeat?
Each strip starts half a pattern lower than the one beside it, so motifs step diagonally across the wall instead of lining up in rows. The panel map shows how the strips fit.
Can I print my own artwork?
Yes, if you made it or have permission to print it. We check the resolution for your wall size and show you a proof before printing (sample process).
Paste-the-wall or peel-and-stick?
Paste-the-wall is a matt non-woven paper for whole rooms; peel-and-stick is a satin self-adhesive film that suits rented homes and small walls. Order swatches of both if you are unsure.
Can I return a made-to-size mural?
Made-to-size murals cannot be returned unless we made a mistake, which we reprint (sample policy). Unopened pattern rolls can be returned within 30 days.
How many rolls do I need?
For pattern rolls, divide the wall width by 52 cm for the number of strips, then check how many strips one 10 m roll gives at your wall height. The calculator on each product page does this for you (sample).
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose showroom pickup at checkout and collect it when we email you (sample service).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.

Install guide
Hang it in an afternoon
Six steps for paste-the-wall panels. Every order comes with a printed guide and a panel map.
01
Prepare the wall
Fill holes, sand bumps and let fresh paint dry for two weeks. A smooth, clean wall gives the best finish.
02
Draw a plumb line
Mark a straight vertical line one panel width from the left corner. Walls are rarely straight; the line is.
03
Paste the wall
Roll paste onto the wall a little wider than one panel. The panels stay dry.
04
Hang panel 1
Line its edge up with the plumb line, let 5 cm run onto the ceiling and skirting, and smooth out from the middle.
05
Match the half-drop
Hang panel 2 against panel 1, sliding it down until the repeat lines up. The panel map shows the order.
06
Trim and finish
Trim the bleed at the ceiling and skirting with a sharp blade and wipe off any paste.

What you need
- Paste and a short-pile roller
- Smoothing tool and a sharp blade
- Spirit level or plumb line, pencil and tape measure
- A clean damp sponge
Peel-and-stick? Skip step 3: peel 30 cm of backing, line it up with the plumb line and smooth down as you pull the rest away.
