I measured wrong. Can I change the size?
Yes, until you approve the proof. Reply to your order email with the new width and height and we update the proof and the price (sample policy).
Where is my order?
You get a tracking link when your tube leaves the studio. Still nothing after the estimate? Reply to that email.
