Where is my box?
You get an email with a tracking link when your box leaves us. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
A fly is missing or damaged
Email us your order number and the pattern name. We post a replacement the next working day (sample policy).
Can you tie flies for my river?
Tell us your water when you choose a plan. For special requests, email us and we will see what we can do (sample).
