Before you write

Where is my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves the atelier. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
A bottle arrived damaged
Tell us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement (sample policy).
Can I visit without booking?
On Fridays and Saturdays, yes. Other days by appointment (sample hours).
