Is this a subscription?
Plans are made to repeat, but recurring refills and payments need a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin on your store. Without one, each refill is a single order you place yourself.
Can I skip a refill or pause?
With a subscriptions plugin, yes: skip the next refill or pause your plan from your account before the cut-off. The cut-off in this demo is three days before dispatch (sample).
Do the blades fit other razors?
The refills are standard double-edge blades, so they fit most double-edge safety razors (sample text).
What do I do with used blades?
Drop them into the blade bank tin from the starter kit. When it is full, close it and follow the recycling note on the lid (sample).
Can I change the blade count later?
Yes. Switch between 4, 8 and 12 blades for any upcoming refill before the cut-off (needs a subscriptions plugin).
How long does delivery take?
Refills leave us on Tuesdays; tracked delivery takes 1–3 working days (sample times).
Can I return something?
Unused handles, brushes and stands can go back within 30 days. Opened blades, soap and balm cannot be returned (sample policy).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.

Five steps to a calm safety-razor shave
New to a double-edge razor? This is the card that comes in every starter kit.

Warm water
Wash with warm water so the hair is soft before the first stroke.

Build a lather
Swirl a wet brush on the soap, then work the lather on in small circles.

Find the angle
Hold the head flat on the cheek, then tilt the handle down to about 30°.

Short strokes
Let the weight of the handle do the work. Light pressure, short strokes.

Rinse and dry
Rinse the head, shake it dry and stand it upright between shaves.
