Approve and we stitch
Reply to approve, or ask for changes. Two rounds of edits are included (sample policy).
Files that work best
- Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) or a PNG of 1000 px or more
- Up to six thread colours per design
- Small text at least 5 mm tall
- Thin lines thicker than 1 mm
Your logo, your responsibility. Only send designs you own or have permission to use. Customers’ logos are their responsibility (sample text).

Design questions
Designing your cap
Everything about files, text, threads and placement.
What if I only have a photo of my logo?
Send it. We redraw simple logos as part of digitising, and the proof shows the result before anything is stitched (sample service).
How small can text be?
Letters at least 5 mm tall stay readable in thread. The proof shows the real size.
Can different caps in one order have different names?
Yes, as a name list with your order. Each name counts as the same design for the price breaks (sample policy).
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of changes after the first proof are included (sample policy).
Crew orders
Kitting out a team, a club or a crew?
Send us your logo and a rough count. We reply with a proof and a price break for the whole order.
