Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single cap. Bulk price breaks start at 12 caps of the same design (sample pricing).
Can I put my club or company logo on a cap?
Yes, if you own it or have permission to use it. You are responsible for the logos and text you send; we do not stitch other people’s trademarks (sample policy).
Will I see my cap before it is stitched?
Yes. We email a stitch proof within one working day and start only after you approve it (sample process).
How many thread colours can I use?
Up to six per design, from our chart of sixteen. Gradients and photos cannot be stitched.
Can I return a custom cap?
Custom caps cannot be returned unless we made a mistake, which we redo (sample policy). Blank caps can be returned within 30 days.
Do you ship abroad?
We ship within the country for now (sample policy).
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose studio pickup at checkout and collect it when we email you (sample service).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.

From proof to your door
Stitching starts once you approve your proof. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.
