After checkout we email you to collect your text or artwork and the placement, then send a stitch proof within one working day. Nothing is embroidered until you approve it (sample process).
Embroidered in 3–5 working days after you approve the proof, then sent tracked. Free delivery over $120; custom pieces can only be returned if we made a mistake (sample policy).
Add this once per cap for each extra placement: a side mark above the ear or a short word above the strap.
Thread only (sample).
Side up to 5 × 3 cm or back up to 9 × 3 cm (sample).
Follow the care notes of your cap.
