Are the sizes inside or outside sizes?
Box sizes are inside sizes in millimetres, length × width × height. Outside sizes are a few millimetres bigger, depending on the board.
Which pack should I buy?
Every row shows the pack quantity and the price per unit. Bigger packs cost less per box; buy what you will use while the boxes stay dry and flat.
When can I collect?
Order by 13:00 and collect after 15:00 the same day, or any time in the next five working days (sample times).
Can you print my logo on boxes?
Yes. Send your artwork with the box style, size and quantity, and you get a quote and a digital proof first. Minimum runs start at 250 boxes (sample).
Can my business get trade prices?
Yes, with a trade account. Trade prices and terms need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.
Can I return an item?
Unopened cases and packs can come back within 30 days (sample policy). Opened packs and printed packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days and next-day delivery is available when you order by 13:00 (sample times).
Do the boxes arrive flat?
Yes. Boxes and cartons arrive flat-packed in bundles. Mailer boxes fold up without tape; cartons need tape on the base.
