Where is my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves us. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
A key is not working
Pull the switch with the puller, swap it with a spare and test again. Still not working? Email us your order number (sample policy).
Something arrived damaged
Tell us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement (sample policy).
