Which computers does it work with?
Any computer with a USB port that accepts a standard keyboard. Layout keys for different systems are placeholders in this sample store.
What does hot-swap mean?
The switches sit in sockets instead of being soldered. Pull one out with the puller and push in another 3- or 5-pin switch.
Is it wireless?
No. The Clack is wired over USB-C, so there is no battery to charge or replace (sample product).
Can I use other keycaps?
Yes, most keycap sets with a standard cross stem and layout fit. Check the size list of the set first.
What does the warranty cover?
Faults in materials and workmanship for the period shown on the product page. Damage from spills is not covered (sample terms).
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us the next working day; tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days (sample times).
Can I return a keyboard?
Unused keyboards in their original box can go back within 30 days (sample policy).
