Are the colours on screen accurate?
Colour chips and dots are sample colours and every screen shows them a little differently. Check the printed chart in store or the maker’s colour card before a big order.
Where do I find pigment and safety information?
Each paint page has a pigment and safety section. In this demo it is a placeholder: the store adds the maker’s safety data sheet for every product.
When can I collect?
Order by 15:00 and collect from 9:00 the next morning (sample times). Items on the shelf can be ready within two hours.
Can our school get trade prices?
Yes, with a school account. Trade prices and invoices need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.
How do I book a workshop?
Call or email the store with the date you want. Online booking needs an events or bookings plugin (sample dates).
Can I return supplies?
Unopened supplies can come back to the store within 30 days (sample policy). Opened paint, cut paper and mixed colours cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. Large canvases and easels travel as oversize parcels (sample times).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments at checkout, and monthly invoices on an approved trade account (sample).
