Cannot find your answer? Call (555) 017-2418 or email [email protected].
Is this a subscription?
Plans are made to repeat, but recurring boxes and payments need a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin on your store. Without one, each box is a single order you place yourself.
Can I skip, pause or swap a plant?
With a subscriptions plugin, yes: skip the next box, pause your plan or swap the plant from your account before the cut-off. The cut-off in this demo is five days before dispatch (sample).
How do the plants travel?
Each plant is potted, watered, wrapped in paper and packed upright in a card box (sample). Unpack it on the day it arrives.
What if I have very little light?
Choose Low light in the plan picker: we only send plants that cope with a dim spot (sample).
Are the plants safe for pets?
Pet-safety notes in this demo are placeholders, not advice. Check each plant with a vet or a trusted source before it shares a room with pets.
How long does delivery take?
Boxes leave us on Tuesdays; tracked delivery takes 1–3 working days (sample times).
Can I return something?
Unused pots and tools can go back within 30 days. Plants cannot be returned once sent; tell us if one arrives damaged (sample policy).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.
Plant care
Is my plant doing the right thing?
The questions new members ask most. Still unsure? Send a photo of the plant to [email protected].
Placeholder
Pet note (placeholder): pet-safety information for each plant is sample text, not advice. Check each plant with a vet or a trusted source before it shares a room with pets.
The leaves are turning yellow.
Most often too much water. Let the top few centimetres of mix dry out and check that the pot drains (sample guidance).
The leaf tips are brown and crispy.
Dry air or a radiator nearby. Move it a little further away and raise the humidity with a pebble tray.
It is leaning towards the window.
That is normal: plants grow towards the light. Turn the pot a quarter every week.
When should I repot?
When roots come out of the drainage hole, usually every one to two years. Spring is the easiest time.
A few leaves dropped after delivery.
Plants can drop a leaf or two after a journey. Give it a week in its new spot before changing anything.
Is this plant safe around my cat or dog?
Pet-safety information in this demo is placeholder text. Check each plant with a vet or a trusted source (sample answer).
