Do you sell by the piece or by the case?
Most lines are sold by the case; the case size and the price per piece are shown on every row and product page (sample data). Equipment is sold each.
Can my kitchen get trade prices?
Yes, with a trade account. Trade prices and terms need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.
How do delivery slots work?
Order by 14:00 and pick a slot for the next day, six days a week (sample times). Choosing a slot at checkout needs a delivery-date plugin.
Can you quote for a full kitchen?
Yes. Send your list and opening date and the trade desk prices it in one quote, with pallet delivery for equipment.
Who installs the equipment?
We deliver to the kerb. Gas, water and electrical equipment must be installed by qualified engineers.
Can I return a line?
Unused lines in a full, sealed case can go back within 30 days (sample policy). Equipment that has been installed cannot be returned unless faulty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments at checkout, and monthly invoices on an approved trade account (sample).
