Where is my box?
You get an email with a tracking link when your box leaves us. Still nothing after four working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
A toy broke quickly
Send us a photo and your order number within 14 days. We look at the size and chew strength on your plan and suggest a swap (sample policy).
Something arrived damaged
Tell us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement (sample policy).
