Is this a subscription?
Plans are made to repeat, but recurring boxes and payments need a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin on your store. Without one, each box is a single order you place yourself.
Can I skip a box or pause?
With a subscriptions plugin, yes: skip the next box or pause your plan from your account before the cut-off. The cut-off in this demo is five days before dispatch (sample).
How do I pick the right size?
Use your dog’s weight as a start (sample guide on the plan picker), then go by mouth size: if in doubt, size up.
What if my dog does not like a toy?
Tell us in your account notes and we leave that kind of toy out of the next boxes (sample policy).
Do you list treat ingredients?
Every treat page lists its ingredients. The recipes in this demo are samples; check the bag before you feed a new treat.
How long does delivery take?
Boxes leave us in the first week of the month; tracked delivery takes 1–3 working days (sample times).
Can I return something?
Unused toys in their packaging can go back within 30 days. Opened treats cannot be returned (sample policy).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.
