Plan questions
Before you choose a plan
Short answers about sizes, rhythms and gifts.
Can I change my dog's size later?
Yes. With a subscriptions plugin, switch between Small, Medium and Large for any upcoming box before the cut-off.
What happens if I skip?
The next box is not packed or charged, and the plan carries on with the box after it (needs a subscriptions plugin).
Do birthday boxes or gifts renew?
No. Birthday boxes and gift runs are paid once. The person who receives a gift can start their own plan afterwards.
Can I have two dogs on one plan?
Order one plan per dog, so each box matches that dog’s size and chew strength.
