Where is my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves the shop. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
Can I swap a battery for another model?
Yes, within 30 days if it is unused and in its packaging (sample policy). Write to us with your order number.
Can you check my drone?
Yes. Bring it to the workshop and we will look at the props, the arms and the gimbal while you wait (sample service).
