Every shirt, its own player
Add a name and a number to each shirt from the team order sheet. We letter them in your second colour, so they stay readable from the stand.

Upload a crest and proof
You see the kit before we print it
Send your crest with the order sheet. A proof of the whole kit comes back to your inbox, and nothing is printed until you say yes.

Order and upload
Choose the kit and the design, then upload your crest and the order sheet with the link in your order email.

We set it up
We place the crest, the names and the numbers, and match the colours to your kit (sample time: 2 working days).

Check the proof
The proof shows the front, the back and the shorts. Ask for changes or approve it.

We print and pack
Approved kits go to print, then come packed by player, each shirt folded with its shorts and socks.

A clean file prints sharpest. Not sure about yours? Send what you have and we will tell you before setting it up.
- SVG, PDF or AI files print best
- PNG at least 2000 px wide, on a plain background
- Up to six colours in the crest
Your own crest only. Upload only a crest or logo your team owns or has permission to use. We do not print league or club crests that are not yours (sample text).
Team order sheet
One sheet for the whole squad
Collect every player’s name, number and sizes in one place. The coach sends one sheet; we check it before anything is printed.
- Copy the columns into a spreadsheet, or fill them in after checkout
- One row per player, numbers once only
- Send it with your crest, or paste it into the order note

Every kit comes in adult sizes XS to 3XL, two sleeve lengths and two fits. Measure a shirt that fits well and compare.

Printing starts when you approve the proof. Bigger squads take a few days more.

Design questions
Designing your kit
Everything about designs, colours, lettering and proofs.
Can we use three colours?
Each design takes two colours plus the lettering colour. A third colour on the trim is a small extra (sample option).
Can we add a sponsor's name?
Yes, if your team has permission to use it. Add the text or upload the file with your crest and it shows on the proof.
Do the shorts and socks match the shirt?
Yes. We print the whole kit from one colour set, so the navy of the socks matches the navy of the shirt (sample).
Which design should we choose?
Stripes and hoops look classic from the stand; plain and halves leave room for a big crest or a sponsor’s board.
Kitting out a league?
Twelve teams, one order sheet each
Every team in its own colours, all on one order, with a proof per team and boxes packed by team. Ideal for office leagues, tournaments and clubs with junior and senior sides.
