What is the smallest team order?
Any number of shirts, but names and numbers are included from 10 shirts in one order. Smaller top-ups pay a small lettering fee (sample policy).
Can we mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Choose the sizes on the product page and send the order sheet with each player’s size. Mixing sleeve lengths is fine too.
Can you print our league or club crest?
Only a crest your team owns or has permission to use. Upload it with the order; we never print crests that are not yours (sample text).
What if a name is spelled wrong on the proof?
Tell us and we change it before printing. Mistakes we make after you approve the proof are reprinted free (sample policy).
Can we order more shirts later?
Yes. We keep your design, colours and numbers on file for two seasons, so a new player gets a matching shirt (sample policy).
Do you have a size sample kit?
Yes. Borrow a set of sample shirts in every size for a week to size the squad (sample service, returnable).
Can we collect the kit?
Yes. Choose kit room pickup at checkout and collect it when we email you (sample service).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.

From order sheet to kick-off
Printing starts when you approve the proof. Bigger squads take a few days more.
- Send the order sheet the day you order
- Approve the proof by noon to start printing the next day (sample)

Upload a crest and proof
You see the kit before we print it
Send your crest with the order sheet. A proof of the whole kit comes back to your inbox, and nothing is printed until you say yes.

Order and upload
Choose the kit and the design, then upload your crest and the order sheet with the link in your order email.

We set it up
We place the crest, the names and the numbers, and match the colours to your kit (sample time: 2 working days).

Check the proof
The proof shows the front, the back and the shorts. Ask for changes or approve it.

We print and pack
Approved kits go to print, then come packed by player, each shirt folded with its shorts and socks.

A clean file prints sharpest. Not sure about yours? Send what you have and we will tell you before setting it up.
- SVG, PDF or AI files print best
- PNG at least 2000 px wide, on a plain background
- Up to six colours in the crest
Your own crest only. Upload only a crest or logo your team owns or has permission to use. We do not print league or club crests that are not yours (sample text).
