Which pack size should I buy?
Every card shows the pack sizes in stock. Bigger packs cost less per kilo; buy what your pet finishes before the best-before date on the pack.
How much should I feed?
Follow the feeding guide printed on each pack. The feeding guide table on this site is a placeholder for the amounts from each pack.
When can I collect?
Order by 15:00 and collect after 16:00 the same day, or any time in the next five days (sample times).
How does autoship work?
Pick products and how often you want them, then skip, change or cancel any time. Autoship needs a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin on the store.
Can my salon, shelter or shop get trade prices?
Yes, with a trade account. Trade prices and terms need a WooCommerce B2B or wholesale plugin on the store.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items in their packaging can come back within 30 days (sample policy). Opened food, treats and litter cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days and next-day delivery is available when you order by 15:00 (sample times).
Do you deliver live animals?
No. The store sells supplies only: food, litter, toys, beds, grooming, aquarium and habitat products.
