About
Ollie: boards made to ride
A small skate shop selling decks, completes, wheels and trucks, each one ridden at the park before it goes on sale.

Our story
A small skate shop by the park
Ollie began as a workbench in a garage near the park: one deck press, a box of bearings and a lot of opinions about concave (sample text).
Today we still set up every complete by hand, ride every new deck before it goes on the wall and film the session so you can see how it rolls.
- Every deck ridden before it is sold
- Completes set up by hand
- A clip for every board

How decks are pressed
Seven plies, one press, a lot of sanding
Thin sheets of maple veneer are glued, stacked and pressed into shape. Then the deck is cut, drilled, sanded and sealed. The clip shows the sanding.
