Which deck width should I choose?
Most riders start between 8.0″ and 8.25″. Go narrower for street and flip tricks, wider for ramps and bowls. The deck size guide and the board builder table show the details.
Deck or complete board?
A complete comes set up with trucks, wheels, bearings and grip tape: ready to ride. A deck on its own is for riders who want to pick every part.
Hard or soft wheels?
Hard wheels slide and grip well on smooth skateparks. Soft wheels roll over cracks and rough roads, so they suit cruisers.
Do you set up boards?
Yes. Completes leave the shop set up, and we fit grip tape on any deck for free (sample offer).
Do I need protective gear?

Why does a video not play?
Background videos stop when your device asks for reduced motion, when they scroll out of view and on some data-saver settings. The picture and text stay the same, and the pause button on each clip lets you choose.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the shop in two working days; tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days (sample times).
Can I return a board?
Unridden boards and parts can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange (sample policy).

Width matters more than length. Narrow decks flip faster; wide decks feel steady on ramps and in bowls.
