Where are my files?
On the order page right after checkout, in the confirmation email and in My account → Downloads.
My print came out the wrong size
Check that your slicer imports in millimetres and that the model is at 100 % scale.
Can I upgrade my licence?
Yes. Email us and pay the difference between the two licences (sample policy).
