Where is my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves the workshop. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
My chocolate arrived melted
Tell us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement (sample policy).
Can I visit the workshop?
The shop is open Thursday to Saturday. Tastings for groups are by appointment (sample hours).
