What does the cocoa percentage mean?
It is how much of the bar comes from the cocoa bean: cocoa mass plus cocoa butter. A 70% bar is 70% cocoa and about 30% sugar. Higher percentages taste more intense and less sweet.
Where can I find allergen information?
On every product page under Additional information. In this sample store the allergen lists are placeholders, so always check the label on the wrapper.
How do you keep chocolate cool in the post?
From spring to autumn we pack orders with a cool pack and insulated liner and post them early in the week (sample policy).
How long does chocolate keep?
Bars keep for months in a cool, dry place away from strong smells. Bonbons are fresh, so eat them within about three weeks (sample guidance).
Do you take corporate orders?
Yes. Send us the number of boxes, your message and a delivery date and we will reply with a quote (sample service).
Why does a video not play?
Background videos stop when your device asks for reduced motion, when they scroll out of view and on some data-saver settings. The photo and text stay the same, and the pause button on each clip lets you choose.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the workshop in two working days; tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days (sample times).
Can I return chocolate?
Food cannot be returned once it has left us, but if something arrives damaged or melted we replace it (sample policy).
