Where is my kit?
You get an email with a tracking link when your kit leaves us. Still nothing after five working days? Reply to that email and we will check.
A colour is missing from my kit
Email us your order number and the colour name. We post the missing floss the next working day (sample policy).
I made a mistake on the fabric
It happens to everyone. Spare printed fabric for the current kit can be ordered from your account (sample).
