Proofs go out within two working days of your photo. Check your spam folder, then reply to your order email and we will resend it (sample process).
I sent the wrong photo
Reply to your order email with the right one before you approve the proof. We redraw it at no cost (sample policy).
Where is my order?
You get a tracking link when your parcel leaves the studio. Still nothing after the estimate? Reply to that email.
