What kind of photo works best?
A sharp photo in daylight, taken at eye level, with the whole head in frame. A phone photo is fine. See the photo tips above.
Can you draw two or three pets together?
Yes. Choose the number of pets on the product page and upload a photo of each; they do not need to be in the same photo (sample service).
What if I do not like the proof?
Tell us what to change and we redraw it. The first redraw is free; more redraws are $8 each (sample policy).
Can I order the same portrait on another product?
Yes. We keep your approved portrait on file for a year, so a second product skips the drawing step (sample policy).
Can I return a portrait product?
Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake, which we reprint (sample policy).
Do you draw other animals?
Mostly dogs and cats, but rabbits, guinea pigs and birds are welcome too. Send the photo and we tell you before drawing (sample service).
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose studio pickup at checkout and collect it when we email you (sample service).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and the wallets shown at checkout (sample). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider.

From photo to doorstep
Drawing starts when your photo arrives. Printing starts when you approve the proof.

- Approve the proof by noon to print the next day (sample)

Proof steps
You see it before we print it
Every portrait comes to your inbox as a proof first. Nothing is printed until you say yes.

Order and upload
Choose the art style and the product, then upload your photo with the link in your order email.

We draw your pet
An artist draws the portrait by hand, usually within two working days (sample time).

Check the proof
The proof shows the portrait on your product. Ask for changes or approve it.

We print and send
Approved proofs go to print the next working day and ship tracked.
